Okay, I think I understand what you need.  The following two files were created in the same software program.    The first was created on 11/24/2016 and works fine:      PFD Producer:     Developer Express Inc. DXperence (tm)  V16.1.7      PDF Version:        1.4(Acrobat 5x) The second was created on 7/27/18 and when closed asks me if I want to update and then the file is garbled if I email.      PDF Producer:     Developer Express Inc. DXperence (tm)  V16.2.6      FDF Version:       1.4(Acrobat 5x) It would appear the only change is the version of the PDF Producer.  Perhaps that is where we should begin our discussion? ... I am not sure how to answer this question.  The first file is produced by Developer Express Inc. (tm) v16.2.6.  This is the file that incorrect. The second file produced is not shown.  I believe I scanned it in from another document.  I cannot find the application used and the version is identified above.  How would I locate this info?
